Ltd. was selected by Vikram Sarabhai Space Centre, ISRO after screening all suitably equipped, small and medium scale Engineering Industries in India for the License Production of precision Sliprings The Memorandum of understanding and the Technology transfer agreement between Legend Technology and VSSC was signed in June 2000. at Thiruvananthapuram The Precision Sliprings were developed by VSSC basically for space applications. But this Technology is also largely applicable in fields like Defence, Aircraft, Atomic Energy, Robotics, etc
